It has been one heck of a year here in Iowa for reproductive access. But the Iowa Abortion Access is still working hard to help Iowans get the care that they need.
We are one of the longest-running abortion funds in the nation, and we don’t plan on stopping now. No matter what.
But to do what we do takes time and resources, and the costs of abortions and wrap-around care are rising.
